Our Cash for Clothes Season typically starts in the mid spring and goes through mid fall. There are special days we will announce in advance where we say "Okay everyone! On THIS DAY, we can see THIS MANY people, HERE is a list of items we are looking for!" 

After 15 years this is still the best way to accommodate as many people as possible! We would love to be able to accommodate everyone who wants to participate, but sometimes that is just not possible.

We evaluate items based on a variety of things including (but not limited to):
Size, Brand, Colors, Fabrics and 12 years of pricing experience

We Accept all adult sizes!
Women's XS-6X+, Men's XS-6X+
Women's Shoe Size 6-12, Men's Shoe Size 7-13

Condition is EVERYTHING
Please bring your items freshly laundered and free of stains, pulls, and deodorant marks.

All Brands Are Accepted
Although we don't have a list of brands we accept or don't please keep in mind that even though we are happy to keep them out of the landfills FAST FASHION brands will not resale for as much as other brands.

What to expect on a Public SAME DAY Buyout Day

What time should I be there?
On our CASH FOR CLOTHES DAY, we will open the doors at 10am!

Since it is first come first serve, some people get here very early, I have no idea when, but I would recommend getting there no later than 9am.

Okay, I'm in line. Now what?

As long as you are one of the first 30 people in line, when I open the doors at 10am, you can come right on in and drop off! 

I will come out, make a speech (basically everything that is on here I will say again, I apologize for the repetition!) 

After I finish my speech, we will take a photo for our social media. If you don't want to be in the photo, that's fine! Just turn around! 

I'm in and dropped off! What's next? 

Missy busts her butt going through everyone's bags!!! 

We will give you a time frame to come back by that afternoon. Usually at least an hour at the end of our day. If you cannot come back, you may send someone on your behalf! 

I'm back in the afternoon! Now what?

Welcome back! By this time, Missy is not at full brain power since she just went through 900 items in one day. Please be patient with her when asking her your questions! 

We will ask for your name (maybe a couple times, sorry!) and we'll go get your bag of "No Thank yous" These are the items that Missy is not taking for the store for various reasons. Maybe it's a condition issue, maybe it's not something that would sell in our store but might in another, etc.

Missy might not remember exactly why she passed on your individual items, but please be sure that she gives each and every items the benefit of the doubt!

Since we are not able to itemize the list of items we would like to take, if that is something that is important to you, we suggest you write your own list before you drop them off.

If you did write your own list and want to do process of elimination before accepting the cash, that's fine! Just let us know and we will set you off to the side. When you're ready you can get back in line.

If you would like to DECLINE your cash offer, that is fine! Just let us know and we will go get your items. This may take a moment while we try and assist other sellers and shoppers. 

I didn't make it back the same day, what happens?

Since we are often running multiple events at one time, we are not able to hold on to any no thank you items past close of business that afternoon. If you do not come by the time we close that day, your cash offer will be considered automatically accepted and your no thank yous will be added to our Taylor Bray Farm Fund. Meaning, they will be considered donations and will not be eligible for pick up

Your cash will still be available to you for 6 Months past the date of the Cash Day you participated in. After 6 months, your account will be closed and your commission forfeited.

Please be patient and kind to the staff, fellow sellers, and the process. 

Note: We do not accept drop offs in trash or paper bags or on hangers.
Please bring your items gently folded in a recycle shopper bag or small bin. Recycle Shopper bags are available for purchase if needed.
