2026 Consignment Terms

  •  40% SPLIT to consignor
  • 60 day consignment period. The 60 days starts at the date of evaluation.
  • Any items that remain with us on day 30 of the consignment term will be marked down between 20-30% off. Your items must remain in the collection for the entirety of the term, meaning you are not able to pick up items before the markdown period. 
  • Any items that remain with us and unsold for the entirety of the term may be picked up in a designated 10 day pick up window that is specified and provided for you in your confirmation email that is sent out at evaluation.
  • CONSIGNOR is responsible for knowing pick up window dates and store hours.
  • After the final day of the pickup window has passed, unsold items are no longer eligible for return to consignor WITHOUT EXCEPTION. These items become part of our Taylor Bray Farm Fund and when eventually sold helps benefit Taylor Bray Farm in Yarmouthport. 
  • Consignor is responsible for communication including checking on item status and requesting payment. These correspondence must be made over email using the designated email thread created at evaluation. You may email me as often or as little as you'd like to check on status of your items at missy.wickedthrift@gmail.com
  • Payments are issued upon your request only and are added to payouts for the following week. Example: If you request payout on a Wednesday, it will be ready for in store pick up the following Tuesday.
    • You may send someone on your behalf but I will need to know who it is ahead of time and I will need a valid photo ID. 
    • Consignors that live off-cape may request to have their commission mailed to them. Mailed Checks are sent out on the 1st Tuesday of every month. 
  • If payment is not requested within 6 months of the final date of the pickup window, or if it has been 6 months and you have not retrieved your requested payment your account will be closed and your commission is forfeited.
  •  Leaving your items with us after same day evaluation means we have discussed the terms and prices at length and you have given me your verbal acknowledgement that you are agreeable to the terms. Any sale that happens after you leave them and before your in writing approval will adhere to the terms we discussed in person and are outlined above
